Shipping policy

📦 Order Turnaround Time

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours from the same business day they are placed, as long as they meet our cutoff time:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri) begin processing that same day

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST begin processing the following business day

  • We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays

Example: An order placed Monday at 11:30 AM PST will ship by Wednesday. An order placed at 1:00 PM PST on Monday will ship by Thursday.


✨ Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We use UPS and USPS depending on your selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are determined by the carrier and your selected shipping speed — we cannot guarantee delivery timelines after the package leaves our facility.


🛠 Production Delays (Rare, But Honest)

While we aim to meet our 48-hour turnaround consistently, there may be rare occasions where delays occur due to:

  • Machine maintenance or technical issues

  • Incomplete or problematic artwork files

  • High-volume order surges (especially during holidays or promotions)

We’ll always communicate clearly if a delay affects your order.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • We do not ship partial orders unless discussed beforehand.

  • If you submit incorrect artwork or your file requires revisions, your turnaround time may reset.

  • We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once your package has left our facility.


📬 Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Smith Artist Productions is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
