Shipping policy
📦 Order Turnaround Time
All orders are shipped within 48 business hours from the same business day they are placed, as long as they meet our cutoff time:

Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri) begin processing that same day

Orders placed after 12 PM PST begin processing the following business day

We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays
Example: An order placed Monday at 11:30 AM PST will ship by Wednesday. An order placed at 1:00 PM PST on Monday will ship by Thursday.
✨ Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We use UPS and USPS depending on your selected shipping method at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are determined by the carrier and your selected shipping speed — we cannot guarantee delivery timelines after the package leaves our facility.
🛠 Production Delays (Rare, But Honest)
While we aim to meet our 48-hour turnaround consistently, there may be rare occasions where delays occur due to:

Machine maintenance or technical issues

Incomplete or problematic artwork files

High-volume order surges (especially during holidays or promotions)
We’ll always communicate clearly if a delay affects your order.

If you submit incorrect artwork or your file requires revisions, your turnaround time may reset.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once your package has left our facility.
📬 Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Smith Artist Productions is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
