At Smith Artist Productions, we stand behind the quality of every order we produce. While all sales are final due to the custom nature of our products, your satisfaction is still our top priority.
✅ All Sales Are Final – Here's What That Means
Because we produce custom-made and print-on-demand products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed and approved for production.
That said, if there’s a clear issue caused by us — such as a misprint, missing item, or production error — we will absolutely make it right.
🔍 Reprint Requests Must Be Approved by Management
All refund or reprint requests are reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

A brief explanation of the problem
Our management team will review your request and determine the best resolution, which may include a reprint at no cost if the error was on our end.
🚫 What’s Not Eligible
We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:

Artwork submission errors (e.g. low-resolution, sizing, or color issues)

Improper pressing or user error during application

Carrier delays after the item has shipped

Change-of-mind orders

Minor color variations from screen to print
💳 Pro Membership & Subscription Policy
All Pro Memberships are non-refundable and set to auto-renew annually. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard, which will stop future renewals but does not refund the current term.
📜 Membership Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Pro Membership, you agree to the following:

A customer account is required at time of purchase.

If a reseller permit is provided, please allow up to 48 hours for tax-exempt status to apply. If not updated, contact us.

Membership discounts apply only to SAP-style DTF transfers.

Discounts cannot be combined with additional coupons unless a special member offer is provided.

While your discount percentage is locked, transfer pricing may change at any time.

Refunds will not be issued for production delays due to machine maintenance or other unforeseen issues.

Smith Artist Productions reserves the right to cancel any membership without refund for any reason.
We value our members and always aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly.
